Dan DeBacco

Real Estate Advisor, Compass

We’re excited to welcome Dan DeBacco to the Link Up Golf community!

Dan is a dedicated real estate professional with Compass and a member of the Dream Homes Team, bringing over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

Based in Encinitas, he specializes in coastal North County San Diego and is known for his strategic approach, strong communication, and commitment to delivering a seamless, high-level experience for every client.

Dan’s background allows him to create opportunities and solutions across a wide range of arios, always with a focus on building long-term relationships and adding real value.

Outside of real estate, Dan is all about living life to the fullest.

He’s an avid boater, loves spending time with his seven-year-old son and wife of fourteen years, and is a huge movie buff.

He’s also passionate about giving back through philanthropy, enjoys traveling, and is genuinely curious—always interested in learning, connecting, and experiencing new things.

The LinkUp Golf Member Mobile App

We will launch version 1 of the LinkUp Golf Member App in May. It will support both Android and iOS, but we will not publish to the app stores. We will send current members a link to download the app.

Functionality will be very basic initially: calendar, booking, directory, and both group and direct messaging amongst members.

The long-term vision for this dovetails with our expansion plan to enable traveling members to lookup the local LinkUp course and make bookings.

The capabilities available on version 1 not already available on the website are the member directory and messaging. With your input, we will add to it from there

Nationwide Roll Out

We’re preparing to expand LinkUp beyond San Diego!

Our focus is to build a network of exceptional venues across the U.S.—starting with regions where golf can be played year-round.

As we grow, the priority is not just the resorts, but the people. Each new community will be led by a local host, who who understands their local community and sets the tone for the experience.

Over time, this creates something powerful for LinkUp members:

The ability to play locally and, when you travel, to just lookup the local LInkUp resort to access a course you wouldn’t normally play and meet people you wouldn’t normally meet.

If someone comes to mind who would be a strong host in their city, we’d appreciate an introduction.
