We bring together small groups of business owners and experienced professionals for a few hours on stunning golf courses where conversations develop naturally in the pockets of time a round of golf affords, enhanced by the beautiful environment and the moments of celebration and laughter golf produces, without sales pitches, so relationships develop over time in a much more natural and enjoyable way.
Instead of forcing connections, we create the conditions where they happen naturally through time, shared experience, and a carefully curated group of people.
Golf is the ideal vehicle for this. But it’s not the point.
The point is better relationship starting points.
What LinkUps Feel Like
LinkUps begin with a circle of introductions before the first group tees off. You play in curated foursomes and play beautiful courses with no performance pressure and formats that serve players of all skill levels.
You play, talk, and get to know each other over several hours, and, at our larger events, foursome shuffles enable you to play with your cart-mate for 18 holes while meeting new people every six holes.
The rounds finish with an optional meal or just drinks in a relaxed setting where conversations continue.
Afterward, you receive everyone’s contact information and can connect and invite each other to future rounds on the member app so the right relationships can continue naturally.
Who You'll Meet
The LinkUp membership is intentionally curated.
Many participants are business owners. The rest are experienced professionals, advisors, operators, and partners who work closely with business owners and are selected because they add value.
This is not a pitchfest. The format is designed and people selected so conversations happen naturally.
Hard selling is discouraged. Good conversation is not.

New Member Experience
Our new member experience is designed to help new members feel welcomed and begin building meaningful relationships with the community quickly, comfortably, and naturally.
The experience begins with a conversation, whether remote, in person, or in the golf cart, to answer questions and learn more about the member. Based on that conversation, we invite selected new members to join current members in a New Member Mixer welcome round.
We also introduce members to others in the community who may be especially relevant based on their background, interests, and goals. Members can browse the LinkUp Golf member directory in the private mobile app and reach out to people they would like to meet at future LinkUps.
Stunning Venues
In San Diego, LinkUps are held daily at the Park Hyatt Aviara Golf Club, San Diego’s only golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. Named the #1 golf resort in Southern California by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler and recognized as one of the country’s best resort golf courses by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. Every hole is fun, challenging and landscaping artwork.
There are also several opportunities each week to play other top-notch private and resort courses.
We began in San Diego and are now embarking on our nationwide roll out. Next up: Orange County.
Excellent Cuisine
After golf at Aviara, dine with your new friends at Ember and Rye, a Richard Blais steakhouse. Excellent steaks and seafood. Amazing cocktails. Premium wine. Served in a casual, vintage clubhouse setting overlooking the 18th green and Batiquitos Lagoon. Post-golf meals are also available at many of the other venues.
Membership
Membership provides access to daily LinkUps at preferred rates, along with the consistency of seeing both new and familiar faces and building real relationships over time. This is an enjoyable way to create new relationships while experiencing the best golf available locally and, as we grow, when you travel.
