LinkUp’s maximum allocation at Aviara is 16 players per day, including the host. LinkUps with no current bookings therefore display 15 seats available.

To enable advance planning, LinkUp initially reserves one foursome with Aviara for each day 60 days in advance. When demand exceeds four players on a given day, we will attempt to secure additional foursomes to accommodate more members. Additional tee times are often available, but not guaranteed. The further in advance a date is requested, the more likely we are to secure additional tee times. Members are encouraged to book early to maximize availability.

After selecting a date, members will receive an email confirming availability along with a payment link. Reservations not paid within 48 hours will be released to other members.
