Each LinkUp is played at The Park Hyatt Aviara, has a maximum of 16 players, begins with a circle of introductions, includes one or two foursome changes throughout the round to maximize connections. ends with a group table for optional drinks / dinner (separate checks) at Ember & Rye, and is followed by an email to each player with the contact information of all who played in that event

This is the member event booking process:

1. Select the date you wish to play and click on the timeslot shown

2. Fill in the form, including the email address you used to create your LInkUp Golf membership

3. If you are an active member, you will soon receive an email confirming availability for that event and requesting payment via a link to a payment page. If you are not an active member, you will receive an email inviting you to apply for membership.

4. After you complete payment, you will receive a confirmed booking email

5. You will receive reminder emails 7 days and 3 days before the event as well as the day of the event.
